Permaculture is not only about creating good food and a healthy ecosystem, but also about creating a good place to live.
With rising housing prices, access to affordable housing is a critical issue in much of the world.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

The freedom to choose where and with whom to live is also an important issue. A housing cooperative is a group of people who jointly manage the place where they live.<\/p>

The members arrange repairs and improvements, decide on the distribution of all costs, and who joins or leaves.<\/p>

When someone joins the cooperative as a resident, he buys a share in the project, without becoming an individual owner of an existing house or studio on that land.<\/p>

For example, if he places his own Tiny house on a designated site, he obviously remains the owner of his own purchased Tiny house.<\/p>

The share as a resident gives the right to live in a house or studio or tiny house, have access to common areas and have a say in new projects.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
